• Manage your health records

  Slothwise retrieves a user's clinical records(FHIR) from hospitals, clinics, and labs through Fasten Health viaTEFCA and CMS Aligned Network connections, alongside Medicare and commercial insurance claims through patient-authorized payer connections. After the initial user-authorized connection, records refresh automatically in the background. The app organizes diagnoses, medications, lab results, and visit history into a single timeline that the user can browse in the app or query by text message. Users can view their data, disconnect a source, or delete their account and data at any time.

• Use AI to get insights on your health

  An AI assistant answers user questions about their own records, medications, lab results, and tracked readings, with citations back to the user's saved records and to published sources. The app compares incoming labs, records, and readings against the user's own history and sends an informational notification when a change may warrant attention. Lab results are presented with plain-language context for the user's age and sex. All output is informational and educational; the app does not diagnose, treat, or direct care, and refers users to their clinicians for medical decisions. AI processing occurs under data processing agreements that prohibit training on user data, with zero-data-retention routing enforced.

• Track food & exercise

  Users log meals by text message, photo, or in-app entry, and the app estimates nutrition details from the entry. Activity and step data sync automatically from the user's phone or connected wearable devices. Logged food, activity, and self-reported entries are stored with the user's other health information and appear alongside records and readings in their history. Tracking is optional and user-initiated.

• Connect to wearable devices

  Slothwise ingests data from wearables and home health devices, such as watches, blood pressure cuffs, glucose monitors, and scales, through Junction, AppleHealthKit on iOS, and Google Health Connection Android. Each connection is user-authorized, and readings sync automatically once connected. Device readings are displayed alongside the user's records and claims, inform the app's notifications about changes relative to the user's own baseline, and are included in doctor visit summaries. Users can disconnect a device at any time.

• Share information with caregivers or providers

  Slothwise generates a visit-preparation summary of the user's symptoms, medications, and recent changes that the user can show or hand to their clinician; the app does not transmit information to providers itself. It also maintains a preventive care checklist based on age and sex, so users know which checkups and screenings to discuss. Beneficiaries who receive help from a spouse or adult child can use every function, including medication reminders and logging, over regular text messages with no app installation required. All sharing is initiated and controlled by the user.
