We take getting access to your data seriously: if your records aren't returned through the health information networks, we'll follow up directly with your provider to retrieve them on your behalf. You can see exactly where your data was imported from, giving you a clear view of your records and their sources. And whenever you need the latest information, you can refresh to pull in newly available records.

You can describe what you're experiencing, ask questions, and get clear, personalized insights anytime — and because Doctronic  understands your health history and follows your care over time, that guidance stays relevant as your situation evolves. Doctronic's physicians can help you manage your blood sugar over time — reviewing your history, tracking how you're doing, and adjusting your care as your needs change. Because Doctronic brings your health information together in one application, your care team can see the full picture and help you stay on top of your condition between visits.   Doctronic helps you keep track of your medications in one application, so you and your care team always have an accurate, up-to-date picture. You can share how you're feeling and any effects you're noticing, and Doctronic's physicians can access your medication information to factor it  into your care. By keeping your medications and your experience connected over time, Doctronic helps ensure your treatment stays aligned with your needs. In Utah, Doctronic also operates a state-authorized AI-supported prescription refill program for eligible maintenance medications — the first program of its kind approved in the United States.
