You must get a referral from your health care provider.

Who's eligible

You’re considered at risk if you have a family history of abdominal aortic aneurysms, or you’re a man between 65-75 and have smoked at least 100 cigarettes in your lifetime.

You pay nothing if your doctor or other health care provider accepts assignment .

Once in your lifetime if you’re at risk.
