How often is it covered?

Medicare Part B (Medical Insurance) covers a broad range of outpatient primary care and preventive services in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs).

Who's eligible?

All people with Part B are covered.

Your costs in Original Medicare

You generally pay 20% of the charges or the Medicare-approved amount. You pay nothing for most preventive services.
