Medicare Open Enrollment ends December 7. If you’ve been thinking about changing your Medicare coverage, now is the time to act.

You may already know you have choices in how you get Medicare hospital, medical, and prescription drug coverage, but did you know you can get help online? Visit “Help with Your Medicare Choices” from your computer or smart phone and answer 5 simple questions about your health care needs, preferences, and lifestyle. Based on your responses, you’ll get personalized recommendations for the type of Medicare coverage that might work best for you. You’ll also see customized links for more information. Watch a video to learn more about this feature.

Then use the Medicare Plan Finder to see the plan options in your area and decide the best mix of benefits and costs that meet your needs and budget. Our Medicare Plan Finder is ready with all of the 2019 health and drug plan cost information to make reviewing your options as easy as possible. This year, it’s even easier to access this wealth of information. You can do a general search by entering just a ZIP code. For a more personalized experience, you can log in with your Medicare number or use your MyMedicare account. And, if you have a question while logged in with your MyMedicare account, you can chat with one of our customer service representatives without having to leave the website.

In these last few days of Medicare Open Enrollment, take a minute to review your options. If you like your current health care coverage and it’s still available for 2019, you don’t need to do anything. But if you’re thinking about making any changes, it’s time to make your decision.
