- The supplier directory helps you find information about suppliers throughout the U.S. CMS and its contractors work hard to provide accurate and complete information, but occasional errors may occur. You can download the data that’s used by the Supplier Directory onto your computer. Downloading the data is generally used by health policy researchers and the media. For most people, it’s easiest to use your ZIP code to find Medicare-contract suppliers in your area.
Note for suppliers
The information in this directory comes from your CMS 855-S enrollment application on file with the National Supplier Clearinghouse (NSC). All changes must be submitted to the NSC within 30 days of the change using the CMS 855-S enrollment application form or the Provider Enrollment, Chain, and Ownership System (PECOS).
