About Service Areas and Zip Codes
Service area information is based upon zip codes where services have actually been provided (the zip codes of the patient addresses where the home health agency has made visits) and cannot be changed. For a home health agency to appear in a certain zip code search, the agency needs at least one complete quality episode in that zip code.
