Medicare Part B (Medical Insurance) covers certain services provided by certain health care professionals who aren't doctors, like physician assistants, nurse practitioners, clinical nurse specialists, clinical psychologists, and clinical social workers.
Who's eligible?
All people with Medicare are covered.
Your costs in Original Medicare
You pay 20% of the Medicare-approved amount, except for certain preventive services and certain outpatient mental health treatment services. The Part B deductible applies.
