Potential Error Message for Internet Explorer Users:
When a Mac user clicks the login button or continue button (during registration), the following error message will appear.

Object doesn't support this property or method. Do you want to continue running script on the affected page?

Please click the "Yes" button to continue the login or registration process.

Note: Using older browsers, non-compatible browsers or disabling browser features, such as JavaScript, may reduce functionality in the Medicare Beneficiary Portal.

How do I determine which browser I am using?

If you feel that the chart above is inaccurate, you can manually check your browser version by following the steps below:

Windows 95/98/2000/XP Macintosh

From your browser, go to the Help menu and choose "About...."
A screen will appear showing which browser and version you are using.

From your browser, go to the Apple menu. Choose either "About Netscape" or "About Internet Explorer." A screen will appear showing which browser and version you are using.
