- Order quality and other information on Medicare health plans.
- Listen to recorded questions and answers on topics such as Medicare health plan choices.
- Order Medicare publications. (Some are available in large print, Spanish, audio-tape, and Braille.)

You can hear a recording with answers to frequently asked questions,
and can order publications 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You can talk with a customer service representative 24 hours a day, seven days per week.

TTY/TDD line toll-free at 1-877-486-2048.
- This number is for the hearing and speech impaired.
- TTY (also known as TeleTypewriter) is a terminal used for
two-way text conversation over a telephone line. It is the
primary tool used by deaf people (and some hard of hearing
people) for telephone conversation.
- TDD (also known as Telecommunications Device for the Deaf)
is a smaller unit used for two-way text conversation.
